The cultivars: Melo Melo, Palarasul, Borongoru
Every product is a single named cultivar from a known island. Vanuatu's Kava Act allows only noble cultivars to be exported, and we list the cultivar, island and chemotype on each product page so you can check what you are buying.
The root is harvested from mature plants, dried and ground on the islands, then shipped to Poland, where we store it in sealed packaging and dispatch it to your country.

Returns and payment
Returns
- 14 days to withdraw from the purchase after delivery, without giving a reason (EU Directive 2011/83/EU). Tell us by email at contact@kavaha.store.
- Return the products unused, in their original unopened packaging, to Kavaha, ul. Gostyńska 51, 63-100 Śrem, Poland.
- We refund within 14 days using the same payment method. The direct cost of sending the goods back is borne by the customer.
- If a product is defective, we are liable for 2 years from delivery: write to us with the order number and a description of the defect.
Payment
- Prices are in euro and include VAT. Shipping is added at checkout according to the table above.
- Checkout runs on shop.kavaha.store. Payments are handled by Mollie and BlitzPay; your card details never reach us.
- Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cartes Bancaires, Postepay and SEPA bank transfer.
- Orders ship from inside the EU, so there are no customs, no import duties and no surprises at the door.

Which EU countries do you ship to?
To 24 EU countries: Poland and 23 others, each with a fixed rate at checkout (table above). Cyprus, Ireland and Malta are not available at checkout yet; write to us and we will check whether we can deliver.
How long does delivery take and what does it cost?
1 to 2 working days within Poland and 2 to 7 working days to the rest of the EU, for €4.00 to €10.00 per order depending on the zone. Orders from €150.00 ship free. Orders placed before noon usually leave the same day.
Are the prices final?
Yes. Prices are in euro and include VAT. Shipping is added at checkout according to the table, or free from €150.00. There are no customs or import duties inside the EU.
How can I pay?
By Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cartes Bancaires, Postepay or SEPA bank transfer. Payments are handled by Mollie and BlitzPay, in euro.
Can I order a pre-order product?
Yes. Pre-orders are marked in the list above and on the product page, which states the estimated delivery time. They ship when the next shipment reaches our warehouse.
How do I return a product?
Tell us by email within 14 days of delivery and send the unused products in their original packaging to Kavaha, ul. Gostyńska 51, 63-100 Śrem, Poland. We refund within 14 days; the return postage is paid by the customer.
