Famous Noble Kava Kava From Vanuatu

Kava Palarasul is native to the central and southern part of Santo Island, Vanuatu. It is particularly prized among the local community and is commonly drunk during tribal ceremonies.

Vanuatu is the home of Kava Kava and a region renowned for its most intense varieties. The rich tradition and ceremonial nature of Kava drinking in Vanuatu is fundamental to the culture of this place. Islands famous for their friendliness and everyday joy (Vanuatu has been ranked among the happiest places in the world for years)! Welcome to a Pacific paradise! Welcome to the world of Kava Kava!

Palarasul is a rare Kava with a euphoric profile. It has a stimulating effect and is noticeably felt in the body. It clears the head of excess stress and promotes a good mood, sociability and ease like none other.
It is widely regarded as one of the strongest Kava on Vanuatu, although it is not very common. This is due precisely to its mainly ceremonial purpose. Farmers take great care to ripen it for a long time and save it for special and traditional events.
Palarasul is also known as ‘Bir Sul’ (‘yellow kava’). This is because the shrub is characterised by its slightly yellow leaves and light green stems. What is most valuable, however, are its roots!

Palarasul is a Kava with a ratio: Basal / Lateral Roots (70/30)
