Perhaps it is me, and my sensitive bowel. But this kava is not good to my body and I tried lots of Kava from different sources. The effect is good, strong, a bit "sharp" - like not the beste quality. But something is about quality in general, perhaps the drying method, I don't know or just the source they buy generally. My bowel was getting mad after a couple of days and so did my mind, because bowel <--> mind = connected. Also toilet problems after this kava I don't even want to mention...
